Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please visit our Contact page and reach out with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
